This turnkey installation package provides everything necessary for a complete, professionally installed ductless heating and cooling system.
Restrictions:
- Valid for one (1) Lennox MWPD018S6S-1P Single-Zone Ductless Heat Pump System installation package as described.
- Installation must be performed at a residential location within the donor's standard service area. Additional travel charges may apply outside the service area.
- Package includes one indoor unit and one outdoor unit only. Additional zones, equipment, upgrades, or modifications are not included.
- Installation applies to a standard installation only. Any unforeseen conditions, code upgrades, structural modifications, electrical service upgrades, asbestos remediation, or additional work required beyond the included scope will be the responsibility of the winning bidder.
- System location and installation feasibility are subject to a site inspection and approval by the donating contractor.
- Installation must be scheduled and completed within 12 months of the auction close date.
- Subject to scheduling availability and seasonal demand.
- Non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
- No substitutions, exchanges, or credits for unused portions of the package.
- Manufacturer warranties apply in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
- Winner is responsible for providing reasonable access to the installation site.
- If the proposed installation location is determined to be unsuitable or outside the donor's service area, an alternative location may be required or the donation may be forfeited.
